Empowering Independence

  • Our goal is to help you thrive and help people get access to care! You will quickly learn that after discovering our membership packages, it is set up for your revenue sustainability. We do offer a fully-autonomous package that does have a fee. Please read the membership details fully.

  • Yes, we use Ensora Health/Theranest.

  • Yes! You maintain full control over your client caseload, session fees, working hours, and treatment approaches. We’re here to support, not restrict you.

  • You must be a licensed mental health provider (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or PMHNP) eligible to independently practice in your state(s) of service.

  • No — you join as an Independent Contractor (1099). You run your own practice under the Sunaura collective umbrella.

$250/monthly fee + 8% revenue

This is for those who want to operate fully autonomously using their own practice management system. You simply contract us for all-inclusive administrative support, including credentialing, benefit verifications, authorizations, insurance billing, patient invoicing, compliance oversight, and more.

*Minimum of 1-year agreement

*We do not cover the cost of your system

We will handle the complete setup of your new system at no extra charge.

Onboarding Process

After you submit your application with the above link, we will begin the following process:

Credentialing

Once initial onboarding documentation is complete, we run a background check and begin credentialing under the group’s insurance companies.

Access to EHR, Begin Scheduling

You can begin setting your schedule, working alongside our team. You can start seeing patients right away under our Private Pay option.

Access to EHR, Begin Scheduling

We will bill insurance and your clients, so you don’t have to! Your clients will have direct access to our on-staff Liaison.
