Sara Moss, PMHNP
About Me
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare—and a background in public safety and emergency management—I bring a unique, informed perspective to psychiatric care. My nursing journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Xavier University and continued with a Master’s degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Walden University.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a broad spectrum of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient units, addiction medicine, and ketamine therapy. These diverse experiences have shaped my holistic and individualized approach to mental health care.
I believe that every individual should feel empowered and informed in their treatment journey. As a provider, my role is to guide—not dictate—collaborating with clients to determine the most effective path forward, whether that involves medication, therapy, or integrative interventions. My goal is to reduce stigma, foster trust, and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
